At Habitat, we're a team of design engineers with a passion for building — first for ourselves, and now for a growing community of vanlifers and outdoor enthusiasts. We saw an opportunity to combine our technical expertise with automation to simplify the van conversion process.
Our goal? To create a range of modular camping solutions and van conversion kits that empower anyone to build a functional, stylish, and cost-effective home on wheels.

Designed and built in the mountains of British Columbia.
Based on 3D data straight from the manufacturer, we design each piece of our kit to precision-fit the exact dimensions of the Ford Transit. From CAD and initial designs through to production, all of our marine-grade baltic birch furniture is made in-house, in Squamish, BC.
We also have a variety of drop-in modules and individual items for smaller vans including Delica and Hiace, and for Sprinter, available in our online store.
